The stain comes out. The smell doesn't. Urine, vomit, faeces — this neutralises the odour where it lives: in the carpet, upholstery, bedding and hard floors.
Shake well. Spray directly onto the affected area from 15–20cm until lightly covered. Leave it to work — do not rinse. Dab the area dry with a clean cloth or paper towel, and let the surface dry fully before pets or children are back on it.
Always spot-test an inconspicuous area first, particularly on carpet, upholstery and anything delicate or treated.
Spot-test delicate, treated or unsealed surfaces before full use.

It depends on how big the area is and how often you are treating it — a light misting on a small spot goes a long way further than saturating an old patch in carpet. We would rather not print a number we cannot stand behind. If you want a straight answer for your situation, reply to any of our emails and tell us the surface and how often, and we will tell you what we have seen.
You have shampooed the carpet twice. Sprayed every product the pet shop had. And every couple of weeks you walk into the same room and smell it again — right back in the same spot.
The marker is still in the fibres. If your dog can smell it, the hallway is still a toilet.
A floral spray adds a second smell without removing the first. The scent should be the finish, not the fix.
Water pushes the odour deeper into carpet backing, where scrubbing cannot reach.
No scrubbing, no rinsing, no shampooer.
Lift anything wet first, then spray from 15–20cm until the area is lightly covered.
Do not rinse. The formula needs contact time to bond with the odour in the surface.
Dab the area with a dry cloth or paper towel and let it dry fully. Because the odour is neutralised rather than masked, the freshness does not disappear as it would with a fragrance.
Already dried in? Spray until properly wet, leave it longer; dab dry. Old spots may need a second go. Always spot-test an out-of-sight patch first.

Works well, smells fresh!!
This is the 8th cleaner I've tried for my anxious cat's urinary marking… Thankfully the lemon smell is refreshing and eliminates the urine, sometimes even puts him off for a day or two. Such a relief not to have the house smell of stale urine anymore.
Does what it's supposed to do.
Had my cat accidently pee out of her litter box and went under her tracking mat… the smell was awful for a few days even after mopping with bleach, but a few sprays of this and it's gone completely. I also spray a bit in my mop bucket when mopping around her litter box now and it's perfect.
Excellent product.
This product not only works effectively but it also has a very pleasant smell. That's not overpowering. I'd certainly recommend it.
Odour
I found this the best out of all I tried
Must have
This works and is a must have for cat accidents
Effective and safe around the house
We've used this after baby accidents on carpet and it really neutralised the smell. No strong chemical scent and safe to use on the lounge and even synthetic grass. The trigger bottle works smoothly, and a little goes a long way.
Worth the cost
Really works. Smells good too.
A good spray for a short time
Smells nice, however I noted that it doesn't last very long
We spent years handling odour in Australian funeral homes and aged care, where covering something up is not an option. The formula came out of that work — and if it holds up there, a hallway is not a difficult problem.
It is made for family homes and formulated with that in mind. Follow the label directions, keep pets off the area until it is dry, and spot test any surface you care about first. Australian-made. Directions are written for an adult to follow.
Always spot-test an inconspicuous area first — carpet, upholstery and anything delicate or treated. Once you have confirmed it is fine, apply to the affected area.
It is not bad behaviour — it is chemistry. Your pet can still smell their own scent marker, and that marker reads as this is the spot. While it is there, your training is fighting biology.
This spray is designed to neutralise odour at the source rather than mask it, which addresses what is drawing them back. Heavily soaked areas may need a second application, and set-in accidents in carpet backing are harder than fresh ones.
Most add a fragrance over the top of the smell. Ours neutralises the odour in the surface, so the freshness does not disappear when the fragrance does.
