How to use it

Shake well. Spray directly onto the affected area from 15–20cm until lightly covered. Leave it to work — do not rinse. Dab the area dry with a clean cloth or paper towel, and let the surface dry fully before pets or children are back on it.

Always spot-test an inconspicuous area first, particularly on carpet, upholstery and anything delicate or treated.

How long does a bottle last

It depends on how big the area is and how often you are treating it — a light misting on a small spot goes a long way further than saturating an old patch in carpet. Dab the area with a dry cloth or paper towel and let it dry fully. Because the odour is neutralised rather than masked, the freshness does not disappear as it would with a fragrance.

Already dried in? Spray until properly wet, leave it longer; dab dry. Old spots may need a second go. Always spot-test an out-of-sight patch first.

Does what it's supposed to do.

It is made for family homes and formulated with that in mind. Follow the label directions, keep pets off the area until it is dry, and spot test any surface you care about first. Australian-made. Directions are written for an adult to follow.

Will it stain my carpet?

This spray is designed to neutralise odour at the source rather than mask it, which addresses what is drawing them back. Heavily soaked areas may need a second application, and set-in accidents in carpet backing are harder than fresh ones.
