The wet mess, the smell after it, and the one that happens in the car. All in the cupboard, ready when you need it.

How to use it

1. Sort the mess — Powder. Sprinkle the Powder over the fresh, wet accident. Do not add water and do not rub it in. Wait about 60 seconds while it absorbs the liquid into a solid, sweepable mass, then sweep, scoop or vacuum it away.

2. Sort the smell — Spray. Once the area is dry, spray the Odour Control Spray onto the surface from 15–20cm. Leave it to work — do not rinse. Dab the area dry and let the surface dry fully before pets or children are back on it.

Always spot-test somewhere hidden first, particularly on carpet, upholstery and anything delicate or treated. Every time, before you go near the main area.

Where it works
  • Carpets and rugs
  • Upholstery and pet bedding
  • Hard floors and tiles
  • Litter areas and trays
  • Car interiors and pet carriers
  • Artificial turf

Always spot-test delicate or treated surfaces first. Use both products as directed on-label.

The problem

One mess. Two problems.

One turns up in the first minute; the other over the next week. That's the gap one bottle leaves — and why the same spot keeps coming back.

01

Wet now. Smelly later.

An accident is two problems that turn up at different times. You deal with the puddle in the first minute; the odour arrives over the next few days. A spray does not soak up liquid, and a powder does not touch what is left in the fibres.

02

You cleaned the top of it

Blotting and mopping lift what you can see. Urine travels down into carpet backing, grout and underlay, and that is where the smell sits. Scrubbing harder mostly drives it further in.

03

They go back to the same spot

It is not bad behaviour. Your pet can still smell their own marker long after you can't, and while it is there the spot reads as theirs. You are training against their nose.

How to use the System

Two steps. No guesswork.

Powder first while it's wet. Spray after, for what the mess leaves behind.

1

Sort the mess — Powder

Sprinkle the Powder over the fresh, wet accident. Wait about 60 seconds while it absorbs the liquid into a solid, sweepable mass, then sweep or vacuum it away. No scrubbing, no soaked towels.

2

Sort the smell — Spray

It's designed to neutralise odour at the source rather than covering it with fragrance. Leave it to work, then dab dry.

Always spot-test delicate or treated surfaces first. The Powder is built for fresh, wet accidents — it will not lift a mess that has already dried in.

Works well, smells fresh!!

This is the 8th cleaner I've tried for my anxious cat's urinary marking… Thankfully the lemon smell is refreshing and eliminates the urine, sometimes even puts him off for a day or two. Such a relief not to have the house smell of stale urine anymore.

Makes a difference

My cat has a habit of going in the same spot on the tiles… I sprinkled it over the area, left it for a short time, and then swept it up. It absorbed the moisture well and made cleanup simple, with no scrubbing needed.

Does what it's supposed to do.

Had my cat accidently pee out of her litter box and went under her tracking mat… the smell was awful for a few days even after mopping with bleach, but a few sprays of this and it's gone completely.

Rain-day misses, finally sorted

My two dogs are well house trained, so the only accidents are when it's rained for days and they've missed the wee mats… I mop up the fresh mess first, then cover the damp area with the powder and let it sit before vacuuming it up. It behaves a bit like kitty litter, absorbing the residual moisture and leaving the rug dry.

Effective and safe around the house

We've used this after baby accidents on carpet and it really neutralised the smell. No strong chemical scent and safe to use on the lounge and even synthetic grass. The trigger bottle works smoothly, and a little goes a long way.

Works well

It worked really well clearing out that stinky sickly smell of vomit, which impressed me because I've found that a really hard one to get rid of… I applied it generously and gave it several minutes to do its work. The clean up was pretty simple, and not the usual wrenching experience I go through.

Absorbs and deodorises well

My dog left a urine mess on the carpet… I sprinkled it over the area, waited the recommended time, then vacuumed it up. The smell was gone and the carpet felt dry rather than damp and lingering the way it does when I've just blotted with a cloth. No scent to the powder itself, which I was relieved about.

A good spray for a short time

Smells nice, however I noted that it doesn't last very long

Does control odours, but it's hard to clean up

On the positive side, it does a good job with the smell of dog urine and absorbs liquid well. However, I used it on hard wooden floors and found it quite difficult to clean up… once it absorbs the urine it turns into a wet sand-like texture that doesn't easily sweep up.

Why it works

From funeral homes to family homes.

We spent years handling odour in Australian funeral homes and aged care, where covering something up is not an option. The formula came out of that work — and if it holds up there, a hallway is not a difficult problem.

Questions

Before you buy.

What's the difference between the Powder and the Spray?

The Powder is for the fresh, wet accident — sprinkle it on, wait about 60 seconds, sweep it away. The Spray is for after the mess is gone, to neutralise any lingering odour sitting in the surface. Used together they cover the whole problem, start to finish.

Do I need both, or can the Spray handle everything?

The Spray is odour control, not a cleanup product — it is not designed to absorb a fresh liquid accident. The Powder handles the wet mess; the Spray handles the smell left behind. That is why they are sold as a system rather than as substitutes for each other.

Can I just buy them separately?

You can — all three are sold on their own, and bought that way they come to $78.85.

The System is $69.95 for the same three products in one delivery, with shipping included. You are $8.90 ahead buying it this way, and you are not paying postage twice when you run out of one before the other.

Will this work on an old stain or a mess that has already dried in?

The Powder is built for fresh, wet accidents — it will not lift a mess that has already dried. That is what the Spray is for. If urine has soaked through to the underlay, that is beyond what any surface product can reach, including ours.

Is it safe around my pets and kids?

Both products are made for family homes and formulated with that in mind. Follow the label directions, keep pets and children off the area while you apply and until it is dry, and spot-test delicate or treated surfaces before full use.

Why three products and not two?

The 900g lives in the cupboard for accidents at home. The 500mL Spray handles the smell those accidents leave behind. The 200g is the same powder as the 900g, sized for the glovebox, the crate or a bag — because the accident you cannot plan for is rarely the one at home.

All three are in the box. Nothing to add at checkout.

How fast will my order arrive?

Dispatched from Sydney. Delivery 2–7 business days Australia-wide. Free shipping is included on every System order — it clears the $55 threshold on its own.

What if it does not work for my home?

Tell us within 30 days and we will refund you or replace it — whichever you would rather. No arguments.

Before that, though, reply and tell us the surface and what happened. Half the time it is a technique thing we can sort in two sentences, and we would rather fix it than take the order back.

30-day money-back

Thirty days. No arguments.

Stop buying one bottle at a time. Get the mess and the smell sorted in one order, then try it on the worst spot in the house. If it does not handle it, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you would prefer.
