Why does mould keep coming back even after I clean it?
Because surface cleaning only removes the visible colony. Mould reproduces through microscopic airborne spores that are still floating in the room after you clean. Those spores land on another surface, find moisture, and a new colony grows.

How do the Mould Fighter Pads work if I cannot see anything happening?
The pads are passive essential oil diffusers. They release microscopic droplets of our specially formulated essential oil blend that float through the air, capturing and eliminating mould spores before they can land and germinate. The pads will also absorb any excessive moisture from the air which is needed for mould to grow.
You cannot see them working. But the spores are not coming back.
What about the staining on paints, grout or silicon seals. Will it remove this?
Not always.
The spray can remove staining but this depends on the depth of the stains and the surface they are on. Stains are the result of mould “roots” growing into the surface.
The Mould Fighter spray can penetrate the surface and eliminate the mould roots so they will not regrow along with any mould spores left in the area.
Further outbreak will only occur if the area has enough moisture so that mould spores grow again.
Products that claim to remove all staining are usually bleach or chlorine based which can be hazardous and also will not penetrate the surface and eliminate the roots.
This means these bleach and chlorine products look like they have remove the mould but it will regrow quickly once moisture is present.
Vm3 Zero Mould Fighter products do not contains any bleach, chlorine or other harsh chemicals.
Unfortunately, removal of stains can at times mean refinishing the surface.
How many pads do I need and how often do I replace them?
One pad per room per week. Each pack contains 12 pads — 12 weeks of continuous protection per space.
For high-humidity areas — bathrooms, caravans, boats — check pads weekly. Replace when saturated.

Do I need to scrub after spraying?
Not usually. Spray → wait 2–3 minutes → wipe clean with a damp cloth.
For textured surfaces or deep grout, a light scrub with a soft brush may help remove visible staining — but the formula penetrates deep regardless.
