The mechanism

    Spray the affected area

    Apply generously to the surface — grout lines, silicone seals, ceiling corners, window reveals. Coat it properly rather than misting it.

    Leave it to work, then wipe

    Give it a few minutes before wiping down with a damp cloth. On porous surfaces like old grout, some staining can remain even once the area is treated.

    Place a pad and leave it

    Put a pad in the room and forget about it. It targets the moisture that lets mould get started, so the space stays fresher between cleans.

Will it damage my surfaces?

It's suitable for tiles, grout, silicone seals, painted walls and ceilings when used as directed. Avoid raw timber and untreated stone, and spot test fabrics first.

Do I need both the Spray and the Pads?

They do different jobs. The Spray treats surfaces you can see. The Pads target the moisture in the room that let it start. Most people get the best result using both, which is why the System bundles them.

The stain is still there after I wiped. Why?

On porous surfaces like ageing grout or unsealed render, discolouration can remain in the material itself even once the area has been treated. That's staining, not remaining growth.

How long does a pad last?

It depends on the size of the space and how damp it gets. In a typical wardrobe or bathroom, plan on replacing them periodically — more often through a wet winter than over summer.
